We work hard to make sure every job is as affordable as possible for our customer.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to go to there project. Walk it with the customer and fully understand there needs before work begins. We understand what it takes to get the job done right and to code. • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We employ both Journeyman and Master electricians. Our Journeyman electricians go through 4 years of on the job training as well as 4 years of schooling.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Custom Electrical Services was started in 2005. The owner had previously been employed by another electrical contractor for 9 years prior. The company was founded by the owner in order to provide outstanding customer service to his customers. The company's slogan is "Dedicated to Customer Service and Electrical Excellence" Custom Electrical Services works hard to make sure every customer is completely satisfied.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with every type of customer. From a customer on a budget needing a simple cheap repair to a very wealthy customer needing 10's of thousands of dollars worth of luxury upgrades. No matter what your budget is or what type of electrical project you have we would love to help you.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would make sure you get the cost up front. Many contractors try to just charge you by the hour. Under this old method customers are often left suprised by the increased cost at the end. The hourly companies tend to quote you a cheap labor price and surprise you at the end with expensive part cost. We give you a price upfront that includes both material and labor. We stick to the price no matter how long the project takes us.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Are you licensed and insured? Is the company well established and reputable? Does the company have the man power and support to complete your project or our they a one man company that may leave your project uncompleted in the event of another project or a illness or emergency?
