About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Smaller jobs (under 2 hours) i can often quote flat rates prices on. Larger jobs i prefer to quote an hourly or daily rate. Ask about discounts on work over 4 hours!
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask that customer send a detailed description of work including pictures follow by a discussion of scope of work. I then can quote and schedule a time to complete job at customer’s convenience
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years experience in the mechanical construction field
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing minor construction work since i was a teenager. My recent renovation showed me how much i enjoy it
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had the pleasure of working with both commercial and homeowner clients. Also renters with landlords approval. I have assisted parents in creating a child safe environment and those with disabilities to make rooms more assessable.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just recently finished painting 2 rooms in our new house and adding new light fixtures. Its amazing to see what minor economical upgrades can do to what were dark and dull rooms
