About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are as cost efficient as possible. We take incredible pride in our work so our customers take pride in the job and refer us to friends. The electrical business is unfortunately the most dangerous and costly of any other trade but we work to get the absolute best cost for the job. We charge $80 for an estimate because of gas prices, overhead etc. but that goes toward the job cost if hired.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule and get a little information about what the customer needs over the phone so we can better prepare for the estimate. We work with the customers ideas or plans for new work and will make suggestions to fit their needs. We also give options for old work that needs replacement or repair. We’ll give an estimate with options within a day to two and if we can agree to cost then will begin as promptly as possible after getting material, tool’s, etc. We complete the job as soon as we can with our customers always satisfied.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before I was an electrician I ran my family’s landscape supply and excavation business. After the recession in 2010 the company had to close and I worked tirelessly to get accepted into the I. B. E. W. I gained as much knowledge and experience in the field as I could and was taught by some of the best electricians around. I continue to take courses on anything new in the industry.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone!!! General contractors, homeowners, business owners, friends and family. No matter race, creed, color, sex, origin or age we’re happy to help anyone with their needs.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had arrived to find that the previous handyman had cut the service cable going to the main lugs in their panelbox to short so he put wire nuts and a small piece of wire together to make the cable fit instead of doing the right thing and replacing the wire. Our customer was incredibly lucky her family was not hurt and this didn’t cause fire damage to their home. We were able to replace the service wire and properly complete the service connection in 2 days due to unforeseen circumstances. It would usually take 4-5 hours.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I’d ask for their opinions, thoughts and ideas. I’d try to explain what I was looking for, a timeline of start to completion, suggestions they may have and anything that I may have overlooked. I’d also like someone who not only has experience and knowledge, but was easy to get along with.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Options, Timeframe, personal thoughts and opinions. When we look for a contractor to do work on our property, despite trying to get the best deal, we want the best job done. Our homes as is everyone’s, is something we take pride in so want the best, not necessary the cheapest.
