  - First understanding the customer request. - Then to schedule a visit for to know the real situation. - After that quoting the project. - Finally to do the job.

  I'm electrical engineer with a MBA and Master degree. I have more than 14 years of experience.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I was working with a electrical contractor for some months and then I made the decision to create my own company.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  Most are residential customers. Some others are general contractors.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  We recently installed a chandelier of 220 pounds in a 17 ft ceiling. The project was so hard We spend two day for complete installation with other two helpers. We needed to reinforce the ceiling wood structure for a proper and safe installation. Finally the job surpassed the expectations of our customer.
