About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% Discount for Seniors, Veterans, and Active duty Military, Law Enforcement and First Responders. A 15% Discount is extended for all Combat Veterans.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Site unseen pricing on most projects, isn't available because there are too many variables involved. A site visit is normally preferred; however, upfront pricing is available on particular items such as the installation of normal fixtures and devices..
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A.A.S. in Engineering Design 4 years of Apprenticeship classes 8 years of Residential and Commercial field experience
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working in the Construction and Engineering fields for 25 years, I began working with Kenny, Berg, Piper and Tower Electric as an Electrical Apprentice to bolster my resume'. I fell in love with the craft so much, that I left the cubicle life in my rear-view mirror and decided to work for myself, helping customers turn their houses into homes.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
All Types.. I've worked with Industrial, Commercial and Residential clientele all over the world.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I really enjoy working WITH my customers. Recently, I've worked several design and layout projects with my clients, where customers were on hand to tell me their wants and needs and then allowed me to bounce my ideas off of them... These are always my favorites.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Shop multiple sources and beware of anyone in a hurry. DO NOT let your GC, drywaller, or painter do Electrical or Plumbing work... 25% of my time is spent repairing shotty work done by novice "electricians".
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Couples should confer with each other and agree on a design and fixtures before any installation is done. Rework causes triple the work and three times the cost. It's also difficult to reschedule. Electrical and Plumbing considerations should be made on larger remodel projects before the project begins and performed while drywall is removed. Electrical and Plumbing trim should be performed after drywall is installed, texture has been sprayed and painting is done
