About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates for larger jobs, and many estimates can be completed remotely using photos and a few questions.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by understanding your specific needs during an initial consultation, which can often be done remotely to save you time and avoid unnecessary costs. For suitable jobs, we offer free remote assessments to provide accurate quotes and expert guidance. Once the project scope is clear, we offer a detailed quote and timeline. Throughout the process, we focus on maintaining clear communication and transparency to ensure you're always informed.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our leadership team brings nearly 30 years of experience in the electrical industry. Our master electricians, with nearly 20 years of experience, cover a wide range of electrical services, including custom new construction, remodels, solar installations, generator systems, and battery backups. We also offer consultation services for DIY solar projects, providing homeowners with expert guidance to successfully complete their own systems.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into electrical work nearly 20 years ago as an apprentice with my father. I started with new construction and service work, and eventually expanded into commercial and large multifamily projects. From there, I moved into high-end custom work and later entered the solar and battery sector. Over the years, I’ve gained a diverse skillset that enables me to complete any electrical project that comes my way.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers from all walks of life, from the South to Colorado, and back to my home state of Vermont. My experience ranges from providing services for elaborate, complex projects with no-cap budgets to helping budget-conscious homeowners ensure their electrical systems are safe and reliable. No matter the scope, I bring the know-how and flexibility to meet the needs of every client.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Although still in process, we were recently contacted by a homeowner in Colorado who had a solar system that had never been operational. The original contractor disappeared before finalizing inspections and getting the system online. We stepped in to troubleshoot the issues, coordinate with local inspectors, and ensure the system meets all requirements to finally bring it to life. It’s been a rewarding challenge, and we’re committed to seeing it through to completion. We have been working closely with the homeowner and their local building department to ensure that the work is up to code and to make the necessary changes that were left incomplete. After over 2 years of the homeowner paying both a power bill and a solar loan, we are now in the final stretch to get their solar system fully operational.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a provider in Colorado for electrical work, make sure you choose a licensed contractor who understands local codes, safety regulations, and utility requirements. Whether it’s general electrical work, solar installations, or backup power solutions, it’s important to work with someone who prioritizes quality over quick sales. Always get multiple quotes, ask about warranties, and make sure they’re transparent about pricing and timelines. Choose a contractor who focuses on long-term reliability, not just completing the job quickly.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before reaching out to a professional, customers should consider a few key questions: What is the scope of your project? – Are you looking for a simple repair, an upgrade, or a complete installation? The clearer you are, the better the professional can assess your needs. What is your budget? – Understanding your financial limits helps the professional provide appropriate solutions. What is your timeline? – Knowing when you'd like the project completed helps manage expectations on both sides. What outcome are you expecting? – Are there specific features, finishes, or goals you have in mind for the final result? Being prepared with answers to these questions helps make the conversation more efficient and ensures that you get the best possible outcome for your project.
