About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. For common electrical services like outlet and switch installations, troubleshooting, or lighting replacements, we have a set price guide to help you understand costs upfront. All quotes include a trip charge where applicable, and we strive to offer fair and competitive rates. Discounts may be available for bulk work or specific projects—please ask during the initial consultation.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a clear and friendly consultation to understand your needs. Whether it's a minor repair or a larger project, we'll provide a detailed estimate and explain our process. Once approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time and ensure open communication throughout. Our team is professional, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds your expectations.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes licensed and experienced electricians trained in both residential and commercial electrical work. Our Master Electrician has over a decade of experience and has worked on multifamily, commercial, and custom residential projects. We stay up-to-date with industry standards, safety codes, and best practices to ensure every job is done right the first time.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
At Endpoint Electrical Solutions, our passion for delivering safe, reliable, and innovative electrical services started with years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial projects. Our Master Electrician, Dustin Lightsey, began working in multifamily construction, gaining a wealth of technical expertise, while our leadership team has been committed to building a company focused on trust, excellence, and teamwork. Together, we saw the opportunity to create a customer-centered electrical solutions company.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of customers, including homeowners, general contractors, HVAC companies, and commercial property managers. From installing residential panel upgrades to supporting large-scale commercial HVAC installations, we bring the same level of professionalism and quality to every project.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our favorite recent projects involved completing a basement remodel in partnership with Smith Works Home Services. This project included rewiring, adding new lighting, and upgrading the panel. The work took about two weeks to complete and allowed us to showcase our attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with general contractors. The customer was thrilled with the results, which made it all the more rewarding for our team.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring an electrician, always prioritize experience, licensing, and customer reviews. A provider should be transparent about pricing, have clear communication, and ensure safety compliance. Look for a company that offers both high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. At Endpoint Electrical Solutions, we believe these values set us apart and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before reaching out to an electrician, consider the following: Scope of Work: What exactly do you need done? Is it a new installation, a repair, or an upgrade? Budget: What is your estimated budget, and are you looking for cost-saving options? Timeline: When do you need the work completed? Project Details: Do you have specific preferences for materials, fixtures, or finishes? Permits and Codes: Are you aware of any local code requirements or permits that might be needed? Access: Will professionals have easy access to the work area? Thinking through these questions can help you communicate your needs clearly and allow the professional to provide an accurate estimate and timeline for your project. At Endpoint Electrical Solutions, we’re happy to guide you through these considerations to ensure a seamless experience.
