• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  When you call or fill out an appointment request online with Mr. Electric, we’ll confirm availability with you as soon as possible and provide updates throughout your experience, beginning to end. We’ll treat your property like it’s our own, using our own floor mats and shoe covers to keep dirt and dust off your floor. Our tool mats ensure no tool rests on a surface on your property. Plus, our service comes with a one-year workmanship guarantee and manufacturer’s parts warranty.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  All Mr. Electric locations operate under a master electrician license. This means you get a service professional who will protect your property by working safely and keeping it up to code.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  Providing outstanding customer experience has been a goal since we opened Mr. Handyman of Colorado Springs in 2018. Shortly after, we added Mr. Electric to our suite of services to ensure the highest levels of experience for all of our clients.

• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  We recently helped an investor update an 80 year old home by providing new lighting and outlets while adding electrical to a brand new master bathroom. The project allowed our teams to work together to deliver a beautiful newly remodeled home.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  If you’re a homeowner, you might be thinking about doing your own electrical work. Before you do, consider the complexity and danger. You may need to take out the proper permits and have the work inspected by the proper authorities. Plus, the safety of your family and your home should always be considered before you undertake any electrical work.
