About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers will not have unexpected charges after my services is done. The only time my prices would vary from from the original estimate would be if we ran into something that was not expected which I would tell the customer this before going ahead with the job. All of my pricing is very competitive, I am happy to take a cut in price to get a job and have a future customer.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is the same with all of my customers. Have very good communication, show up on time, get the job done, and have no surprises when it comes time to pay.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of trade school for electrical 8000 hours of in-person coarse study 10 years hands on job fixing and installing I have been to many safety classes including MSHA and OSHA for the work I do.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up on the east coast and not having a lot of money we would always fix everything ourselves. Out of high school I went into Electrical trade and was an apprentice under a master electrician for 5 years. The satisfaction I get from pleasing customers when fixing problems or giving them exactly what they'd like is why I still do this today.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with just about anyone. I have worked with customers who are very trustworthy , appreciative, and loyal calling me back for work and knowing they're in the best hands. I also have worked with customers who think the cost will not be the same at the end of the job and are very surprised to find out that the estimate is the same as the final price. Those customers I usually get call back from as well!
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently brought my wife’s car into Audi and they told us we needed a $8000 head gasket job done to fix the issue. After being handy myself and working on cars a little here and there I took this job on myself and finished it in 3 days (22hours total) and paid $500 for gaskets and parts I needed to do the job right. The car runs and drives better than it ever has and I’m happy because my wife is happy!
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Advice I can give customers is good work is not cheap and people who know their worth is who you want in your homes doing great truthful work. If you hire me for the job just know that there will be no surprises as i am very transparent with my services.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Questions before a project. Do I have a good description of the work for the pro? Do i have good pictures for the pro? When will I want this job done by? Let the pros handle everything else! :)
