About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should expect to get the best bang for their buck. We've been in the industry for over 18+ years and have seen a lot of "hack" jobs from people trying to do work that should be left to the experts. We charge a minimum fixed price of $150/service call in all of our visits. On site estimates = $200. Of course if you hire us, that fee is included into the bid.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet & meet usually over the phone. Conversation goes something like: 1. What service can we offer you? 2. How urgent is this project? 3. Bidding 4. Schedule 5. Payment after completion!
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NECA IBEW 340 Journeyman Certified C-10 CSLB TESLA Certified SolarEdge Certified Generac Certified Enphase power Certified EVSE Certified SMUD contractor network
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Worked for many companies as a Solar Technician for 6+ years then joined the best electrical apprenticeship in Northern California ⚡️😌
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all sorts of different customers, mostly friendly customers. 😊
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Invest into a: -Klein Tools 2-Piece Non-Contact Voltage Tester and GFCI Outlet Tester Tool Set = $30 Having these tools handy will help narrow down the electrical problem saving time and money when hiring an electrician. Using the non-contact tester, you can hover the tester to confirm that your device or light fixture has power or not. The GFCI outlet tester simply plugs into your outlet and will tell you if it is wired properly and whether there is power to it. Also very helpful to us electricians 😉⚡️👍🏼
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What home upgrade or service was done before your electrical issue became apparent?
