We are one stop shop.specializing in small handyman type work. Handling anything from electrical to plumbing to painting to remodeling We love to put our customers first, and exceeding all of their needs. Our customers smiles are the greatest reward. We carry liability insurance and will provide policy upon request No free estimate or visits. We will require a minimum one hour for a visit and consultation.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      Our usual fees are 75 for a service call which will cover most small quick projects. If not then the 75 dollars will be applied towards the job. We work rather fast and feel bidding the work is of greater benefit to the customer as people who charge an hourly rate take longer than usual to complete the job or task. Bidding the work assures you that the project or task will not be stretched out to gain more money from the customer.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      Initially, we will contact the client who will provide a description of the project to be completed, during which more precise details (time frame and budget) will be discussed. An appointment time will be set-up with the client to perform the work. A phone call or text to confirm appointment time will occur usually the day before or the morning of the scheduled task or project. Once the project is completed to satisfaction we will accept payment. A standard 30 day warranty of the work is typically applied to all tasks and projects, this is to ensure client satifaction and continued confidence in our workmanship. We then await a happy review.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      Our company has been in the home service industry for over 30 years. Our team includes professionals that are certified in electrical and plumbing, making us qualified to complete repair, service and improvement projects. Being in the home service industry for over 30 years, we feel we have the hands on experience necessary to complete a project exceptionally. Having certification in electrical and plumbing is an added bonus.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      Having owned a glass company and then working in the industry for over 10 years allowed me to learn almost any aspect of repairs or construction.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      I have worked with all types, from professionals to home owners to other service pros that required a reliable and dependable pro to complete their projects. Have worked on commercial and residential properties we have been able to gain vast experience in all fields.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      Having recently purchased a home in Huntington Beach Ca. I did a complete interior remodel and am set to start exterior project with a room addition within the next six months.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      I would advise that you clearly communicate between one another and cover all aspects of the project or task. I feel that this helps alleviate any questions that may arise.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      If they have all the information they need about the project. This way they can ask questions to the professional they are considering and have those questions answered concisely. If they are ready to mover forward and also have the budget set aside to hire someone that is experienced, often times I am contacted by a customer whom hired someone on a low budget and once they contact me I hear how terrible the work turned out. Please make sure you have a budget set that will allow you to hire and Experienced professional
