About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are usually free unless you are 25+ miles outside the greater San Diego Area. Services calls/estimates scheduled in these locations will incur an additional $150.00 Extended Range Trip Fee. Check out our webpage to view the hourly rates. We Offer Military, First Responder, and Senior Discounts! Don't forget to ask us about high efficiency gold package rebates for heat pump conversion.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers usually find us through referrals or by a simple google search. On Thumbtack we reach out to you to get your free estimate scheduled at your earliest convenience.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      NATE Certified Member of IHACI
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
We've been open since 2018 but the owner has been in this line of work for 10+ years. We take pride in working with our hands to provide you with valuable comfort for years to come.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers from all walks of life and in many different situations. We work with many different homeowners and general contractors in the San Diego Area on both residential and commercial projects.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently completed the Fireoff, Installation, and Crane lift of new commercial package units at Novos Brewing in mission valley mall.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure they are licensed for C20 work in california and pulling permits. Using a smaller outfit may save you cost upfront but without the correct systems in place their communication is usually poor and the work shoddy.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Am I comfortable in my home currently? What is the square footage of my home? How energy efficient of a new unit am I looking for? Should I go with Central or Mini Splits? Is my system too old to be worth repairing?
