• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My prices depends on what kind of work needs to be done and how long it takes. Also if you refer me for your friend I’ll give discount of 20%.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I’m explaining all work that needs to be done and price. After confirming from customer I’m getting my work done.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I do have diploma as electrical engineer by University and I’m now in process receiving my residential license .
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  Right after school I started working at the factory as electrician and studied at University. And it was 20 years ago.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  Now I’m working on installing all electric in apartments that just built up. I’m on first floor and building will have 4 floors and now in construction only second floor.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  What kind of work needs to be done. If appliance’s will buy customer or professional and what availability of the customer.
