      1. After first making contact with a new customer we listen to understand the work that they want performed. 2. We ask and answer necessary questions related to the details of the work being performed and also to the cost of our service, to make sure there is a clear understanding. 3. Lastly, we set a date and time that works with a customer to perform the work.

      Completion of college classes and C10 electrical certification. Have worked in this field for over 20 years.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      Although we are new to online platforms, we have experience in different fields of electrical for many years.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      We appreciate and like to work with all types of customers. Electrical is work that requires patience and attention to detail so we appreciate jobs that do not need to be done in a rush.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      It was very satisfying to see an elderly customer smile after installing her ceiling fan. It took us over two hours because the fan she purchased was defective and we helped her replace it right away.
