  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      It is very difficult to give a estimate for electrical job site unseen. However there are many variables involved with electrical installs.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      When working with new clients. I first like to set an appointment come out to the site. At that time go over your options with you and discuss your project and what your expectations are. Then after that I will provide you with a detailed proposal and hope to move forward with your project.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      I have been in the electoral industry over 35 years. Started doing electrical at the young age right out of high school.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      Studying electrical work as a kid with my brother I took to it like fish to water and love it.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      Oh I have worked with so many clients I could not even begin to tell you there's been thousands of them over the years
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      There have been a lot of jobs over the years that I remember. But most recently there was one it was a generator install. And things went so smoothly it was unbelievable client was happy everything worked out great. Today that client is a very good friend of mine.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      I would advise a potential client to get several bids from the contractors. Don't necessarily go with the lowest bid. If I was the client looking to hire a contractor I would personally go with who I felt most comfortable with.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      I think the customers should just ask the questions that they have related to their project. I feel that most clients do not understand electrical. Therefore it is my job to educate them
