  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      Plumbing diagnostic fee is $89, but we will waive if you move forward with any work. Electrical diagnostic fee is $0 for a visual inspection. Free estimates. HVAC maintenance fee is $69. Free estimates for new HVAC systems, furnaces. Free camera inspections for sewer lines (up to 45ft with accessible clean out)
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      We will schedule your visit and text/call 30 minutes before we arrive to your home. A home owner needs to approve the job and adult 18+ on site during the visit.

      Technicians are trained and certified for the field they are in (Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC).
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      We have been serving homes in the Central Valley for over 90 years.

      We work for residential customers and light commercial businesses. No home is too small or too big, plus we have experience with mobile homes.
