About Us
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typical process is, introduce myself and listen to what the customers goal is,then after that I start asking more precise questions about different options or features desired in certain circumstances. When the plan is set and we both understand what I am going to do we discuss a price for the job and if agreed on the price we start setting up a date that works around the customers schedule and my schedule.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a state and federally approved apprenticeship program for 4 1/2 years called Associated builders and contractors of southern California. I attended a solar NABCEP course at College of the desert.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
cheaper rate doesn't mean good quality and higher rate doesn't mean good quality. I recommend getting at least 3 quotes before choosing your electrician and ask if they offer a free estimate or over the phone estimate.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
think about all the details ahead of time and bring them up when it's time to discuss the final cost of the job
