About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My onsite estimate fee is $100, and my minimum cost for an individual repair or replacement is $150, covering time, gas, marketing cost etc. After my individual lead cost the prices for individual repairs can decrease based on the amount of repairs needed. I typically charge based off of the prices for the repairs or replacement on the website. You can also find out more on my website
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically go and give an on site estimate before giving a price on larger projects. I can give estimates over the phone for smaller projects whether they are maintenance or remodeling, to save you the onsite estimate fee.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed handyman, I’ve been in the trade getting hands on experience for years.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father and uncle are both handymen and I learned a lot from them.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with handicap customers, young customers, and old customers, it’s always a pleasure to do a job well done for all customers!
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project I’m fond of is a fence replacement in which the customers were very happy with the quality and the efficiency we have, starting and finishing in a single day.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go to find out the cost of that repair or replacement in your area, then reach out to licensed and insured individuals so you aren’t liable for any of their mistakes. Then skip all the hassle and come reach out to myself and have it done for the right price and have the work done right!
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A question customers should definitely think through is their budget and how much they’re willing to spend to have the job done right the first time.
