  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      Service rate - $150 for first hour (Troubleshoot Minimum) $72 per hour after first hour. ESTIMATES ARE ALWAYS FREE INSIDE OF A 50 MILE SERVICE RADIUS OF OUR COMPANY ADDRESS. A $30 TRIP CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED BUT INCLUDED IN COST IF HIRED. A 4% processing fee will be applied to all debit/credit card transactions.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      We will reach out to make contact, ask a few questions about the project and the homeowners goals. If and in person estimate is required, we will schedule this with the homeowner to take pictures, get measurments, or to get an understanding of the full scope of work. Once in person estimate is completed, we will have and estimate with pricing our inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications included. Customer will have the option or accept or decline the estimate. Once the estimate is approved, we will make contact to schedule installation. A smooth, easy process for all parties involved!

      Licensed Master Electrician with 10+ years of experience at all levels of the electrical trade.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      Wasn't sure what to do after i got out of the Army, called a few electrical companies and inquired if they were hiring apprentices. Started with a company in Kansas 3 days later and the rest is history!
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      All types of customers, from all different walks of life.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      Complete gut and rewire of (2) 800sqft apartments side-by-side, new services as well. Took us about one week to complete!
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      A cheaper price doesnt always mean you'll get an issue free installation! Quality sometimes costs a bit more.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      Make sure your contractor is licensed. You can check this on the AZ ROC website to make sure the compay has no complaints and are in good standing. Check google reviews, these tell a story worth hearing!
