      We are upfront about everything we do at Mister Sparky. Our electricians will access what you have going on and give you a Straightforward price down to the penny before any work begins. We schedule in two hours windows and do have a service fee of $79 for that 2 hour window which includes a complimentary safety inspections of your homes electrical system.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      When a client calls in with a request for service, our professional client care representatives will explain that we book in 2 hour Windows and guarantee their electricians arrival within that time frame. All clients are given a straightforward price before any work begins, and we back all that up with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service we provide, you don't owe us a dime.

      Mister Sparky electricians are licensed, and receive on going training to stay abreast of the latest technology and electrical safety codes.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      We saw a need for reliable residential service electricians after 50 years in the electrical contracting business. In 2012, we had an opportunity to purchase the Little Rock area Mister Sparky franchise. Our affiliation with Mister Sparky gives us many of the necessary tools to provide unparalleled customer service.

      Mister Sparky has worked with all types of clients in the past.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Make sure they stand behind their work. At Mister Sparky all repairs/installs come with a 5 year warranty. Also, make sure they're available 24/7. You don't know when a breakdown will occur. We answer our phones live 24/7, and have electricians on call to handle all electrical problems.
