About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am your everyday average guy that is a hard worker, I like to hunt and fish. I like tj focus on what the customer wants and try my best to make that happen while keeping the customer in the loop on why and what I’m doing
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Letting them know when I could be available after they tell me what the issue or project is. Then letting them know what I would do and when I could get to them and let them know how much it may cost just by listening to what they tell me is going on over the phone. To me that saves their time with having to take off to meet with me and saves me time as well. If I can get you a round number to work with I typically am within that by a few dollars. I don’t want anyone to have to take off more than they want to meet a contractor.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have over a dozen training courses in ladder logic, hydraulics, boilers, vfd drives, plc’s, arc flash and other Rockwell training courses
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Was in college and decided to get out and thought electrical work was my kind of thing and have been doing it since 2006
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked for homeowners, business owners and property firms for commercial services
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Rewiring up a customers home while they lived in the above floor til I was finished with bottom floor then swapped. It was fast paced and a challenge because the above floor was still in use so some things had to be done at certain times and in a certain way to no disrupt power of other floor
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to the company or tech you are thinking about hiring and if you’re like me you can tell if they are trustworthy or not. If you have second thoughts about them then chances are you may need to call someone else to see if they give you the same answers to the same questions
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Ask questions and make sure they are explaining the answer to you. I may explain something that you may not understand but I will tell you what exactly I’m going to do, how I’m doing it and why so you know if you’re ever asked
